This white wine produced at altitude carries the signature trace of our Luberon vineyards. Producing in the IGP Mediterannée indication gives us more freedom in terms of grape variety – this wine is a true meeting of Burgundy-style wines (Chardonnay) and Mediterranean influences (Vermentino).

COMPOSITION

60% Chardonnay

30% Vermentino

10% Grenache blanc 

TERROIR

0.5 hectares, in smalt soil at 500m altitude in the South Luberon  

HARVEST

Small-parcel hand-harvest with limited fruit thanks to rigorous pruning beforehand.

FERMENTATION

Fermented in barrels using naturally occurring yeasts, stirred on lees allowing  complex flavors to evolve.

AGING

12 months in selected barrels
