80% Grenache Noir

20% Syrah

TERROIR

0.5 hectares,in smalt soil at 500m altitude in the South Luberon

HARVEST

Small-parcel hand-harvest with limited fruit thanks to rigorous pruning beforehand.

FERMENTATION

Fermented in barrels using naturally occurring yeasts. The barrels are first opened, then filled with intact grapes, before being closed and rolled to extract the full flavor intensity. 3-month maceration.
